GAMER'S GOLD POLICIES

Gamer's Gold is an online loyalty and rewards program specifically targeted to the online Gaming community. As a member, you can earn our virtual currency simply by playing your favorite online video games. This alternate virtual currency is accrued passively by tracking the amount of time you spend playing online video games supported within our Gamer's Gold loyalty and rewards program.

Gamer's Gold offers a tiered membership option for you to choose the level of rewards and membership you desire:

Bronze level membership to Gamer's Gold is free, and open to the general public over the age of thirteen. You accrue points passively based upon time spent playing any supported game.

Silver level membership to Gamer's Gold requires a $4.95 monthly membership fee, and allows you to accrue points passively at double the rate of Bronze members based upon time spent playing any supported game. Members at this level must be 18 years of age or older.

Gold level membership to Gamer's Gold requires a $7.95 monthly membership fee, and in addition to all the benefits of the Silver level membership, as a Gold level member, you receive bonus points for certain accomplishments within any supported game.

Platinum level membership to Gamer's Gold requires a $9.95 monthly membership fee, and in addition to all the benefits of the Gold level membership, as a Platinum level member, you are eligible to play against other Platinum members competitively to win points from these competitors.

Gamer's Gold caps the maximum number of passive playtime hours at twelve hours per day. Gamer's Gold reserves the right to modify these policies from time to time and all decisions of Gamer's Gold regarding membership, points, and the like shall be final.

When commencing new paid membership or switching between membership levels, monthly charges will be prorated. Members can cancel paid memberships at any time, however, once a monthly fee is paid, it is non-refundable. Members will have the option of playing until the end of the month paid and are entitled to use or redeem any points accrued through the end of the month. Thereafter, any point balance will expire.

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. You may not share your membership account with any other person, including a family member or roommate.
